The seaplane operation in the Grand Harbour is situated at the Sea Passenger Terminal just near the Valletta Waterfront. A floating pontoon for mooring the floatplane has been placed along the quay.

In Gozo our terminal is situated at Mgarr Harbour inside the marina on pontoon F.
