Passengers are entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel their pre booked flight up to twenty four hours prior to flight departure. Passengers are also subject to the following Cancellation Conditions:

• 50% cancellation charges will apply when cancelling a flgiht less than 14 days prior to departure
• Full cancellation charges will apply when cancelling a flight 7 days prior to departure
• In the event of a flgiht cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or unforseeen circumstances, Harboru will not be held responsible. Every effort will be mde to offer the next available flight
• Harbourair shall not accept any claim to reimburse any additional expenses other than the services booked

No refunds will be given to any passengers checking in late, resulting in missing their flight/tour.
